Mental health and wellbeing is everybody’s responsibility. There has been an increased focus in the early childhood sector, on ensuring that workplaces are positive, supportive and inclusive and that processes are in place to support the mental health and wellbeing … of everyone including early childhood professionals, staff, children, and families!

We would like to invite all early childhood professionals – approved providers, managers, directors, and supervisors as well as teachers and educators to join us for this one-day professional development session. Not only will you walk away feeling inspired and challenged, you will also have the opportunity to work on an action plan that can be implemented at your early childhood service the very next day!

It will be facilitated by Dr Lyn’ O Grady, Community Psychologist who works actively in the education sector advocating for positive workplaces and supporting staff with self-care and stress management. We will also be hearing from Jenny Whelan who is the Director at Albert Park Kindergarten, an “Excellent” Rated service who pride themselves in providing a workplace where staff are satisfied, supported and excited to be at work.

Wellbeing in early childhood matters!
