The guides include a step by step the process for completing a quarterly return using a spreadsheet or doing it manually through the employer portal, and how to terminate a worker.

The Authority also has five free live training sessions on Wednesday 9 and 16 December 2020 and 6,13 and 20 January 2021 at 2:00PM through Microsoft Teams.
