As part of the Department of Education and Training’s COVID-19 response, it has created a fact sheet on Maximising outdoor learning that includes a link to a template letter for communicating with families about the changes.
The Department has also partnered with Early Childhood Australia (ECA) to develop an online Outdoor Pedagogy Portal for Victorian Educators that includes a professional learning module, online books and case studies on outdoor learning. The portal is available for free for all Victorian educators.
