09 SepVECTEA RENEGOTIATION – HAVE YOU DISTRIBUTED YOUR NERR?
Important – action required by Thursday 12 September. Recently, ELAA has received a declaration from the Minister for Industrial Relations and approval from the Fair Work Commission to notify employees of the intention to commence enterprise bargaining negotiations around the next Victorian Early Childhood Teachers and Educator Agreement (VECTEA).
ELAA is now communicating with over 400 employers that have authorised ELAA to negotiate on their behalf. All employers must provide employees the Notice of employee representational rights by no later than Thursday 12 September 2019 and then immediately notify ELAA that this has been done by emailing vectea@elaa.org.au
