Review of Long Service Benefits Portability Regulations

Early childhood services have been a part of the portable long service benefits scheme since 1 January 2020. The scheme is currently supported by Interim Regulations which expire on 6 November 2020. Draft permanent regulations are now available for public consultation. (more…)
