All fees below are inclusive of GST and are for the period 1 July 2019 to 30 June 2020.
New members joining in February and March 2019 will be signing up for 18 month memberships.

1 – 5 services = $1,500
6 – 10 services = $2,500
11 – 20 services = $5,000
21 – 30 services = $10,000
31 – 40 services = $15,000
41 – 50 services = $20,000
51+ services = $25,000
1 – 40 enrolments = $425
41 – 80 enrolments = $770
81 – 100 enrolments = $1,100
101+ enrolments = $1,710
1 – 40 enrolments = $385
41 – 80 enrolments = $695
81 – 100 enrolments = $990
101+ enrolments = $1,540
