ELAA has developed a Capability Assessment Support service to assist committee’s/managers determine if an ECT meets the criteria to be successful in their application.
ELAA’s role includes providing up to two hours support to your Capability Assessment Panel. We will provide you with an ELAA team member with expertise in early childhood to attend your panel and participate in discussions with your committee/management. Our expert can assist with the creation of questions that will encourage your Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) to reflect on their pedagogical expertise or fill gaps in your panel’s understanding of the Early Childhood Teacher’s knowledge and performance.
