Have you heard about the new professional learning opportunity for experienced early childhood teachers and educators?
The Coach and Mentor Training Program (CMTP) allows experienced early childhood professionals to develop their coaching and mentoring skills. The program focuses on developing dispositions, knowledge, and skills with an aim to lift the standard of mentors and coaches across the sector.
The program is delivered by Mott MacDonald Education on behalf of the Victorian Department of Education, in consultation with ELAA. ELAA is thrilled to have been involved in the development and implementation of the coaching and mentoring program.
