05 MayCommittee of Management training – Term 2
ELAA’s Governance Training Sessions will be kicking off again for Term 2 and we invite all Committee of Management members to come along. The aim of these training sessions are to equip committee members with the knowledge and skills to manage their early childhood service as well as provide updates regarding the early childhood sector.
Each training session will be presented by an ELAA Member Solutions officer and each bring along a wealth of knowledge and experience in the sector. These sessions are also a great opportunity to ask questions and get ideas from the other participants. Come on your own or bring a few other committee members with you! It doesn’t matter if you’ve been on the committee of management for a while now or you are new, there will always be something to take away.
This term we will be running sessions covering financial management, planning for your Annual General Meeting (AGM) and the handover process as well as employee performance review processes using ELAA’s Employee Management and Development resource.
