12 JunELAA enhances member experience with new excel spreadsheet for PolicyWorks updates
In a continuous effort to improve our resources and better serve our members, we are pleased to announce the implementation of a new Excel spreadsheet format for PolicyWorks updates. This enhancement comes directly from valuable member feedback and demonstrates our commitment to listening to our members.
One of our proactive members reached out with a suggestion to convert the table of updates into an Excel spreadsheet. Recognising the potential benefits of this idea, our Member Resources Project Specialist, Loredana Dowdle, promptly acted on the feedback and developed an Excel spreadsheet which organises updates in a more user-friendly and accessible way.
The new format has been met with enthusiasm by our PolicyWorks subscribers, as the spreadsheet not only provides a clear and concise overview of updates, but also allows for easy sorting, filtering, and data manipulation, enhancing its usability.
One subscriber noted, “A million thank you’s!!! The addition of the Table of Updates is a much-appreciated bonus and will make our policy review process so much more efficient. I will be able to provide details of the changes to our Leadership Team and CoM so they can see the actual changes in the policy. This change combined with the 3-year review schedule really has made such a difference to being able to stay on top of reviewing policies”.
