05 SepGowrie Victoria: Coaching for Returning Teachers and Educators Program

On behalf of the Victorian Department of Education, Gowrie Victoria is offering coaching to Early Childhood Teachers and Educators who are returning to or joining the Victorian ECEC sector from other parts of the education sector or other jurisdictions.

Our coaching program is highly regarded because:

  • We tailor our coaching to meet your individual needs and circumstances.
  • We are early childhood practitioners who can offer current and lived experience of the Victorian sector.
  • We will guide you to connect with all relevant EC programs and frameworks and connect to local EC networks.
  • We invest in you – we provide an individualised coaching package of 10, 15 or 20 hours.
  • Our program includes both face-to-face and online coaching sessions
