ELAA is embarking on an exciting journey to significantly enhance our members’ digital experience including a new, more user-friendly website that offers greater levels of support, time-saving functionality, and resources that are easier to find.
This project is one of the key digital transformation outcomes planned as part of the new ELAA service model which we spoke to members about, in a series of webinars during May last year. As we commence this major service-building initiative, we think there is no one better to guide us on this journey, than you, our valued members and end users.
Through a series of focus groups, we seek your valuable feedback on a wide range of aspects including our current website usability, content relevance, our current tools of engagement, and areas for improvement.
The focus groups will be collaborative in nature and utilise your perspectives to build a deep understanding of what members need from a new ELAA website and self-service portal.
