The Fair Work Commission’s 2023/24 annual wage review has increased wages and allowances for all Modern Awards by 3.75 per cent from the first full pay period in July.
Updated salaries and allowances will take effect in the first full pay period on or after 1 July 2024.

- Children’s Services Award 2010 [MA000120].
- Educational Services (Teachers) Award 2020 [MA000077].
- Clerks – Private Sector Award 2020 [MA000002].
- VECTEA educator bulletins (46/52 and 52/52 rates).
- VECTEA teacher bulletin (all teachers, PSFO and Advisors).
As a correction: the meal allowance rate for VECTEA teachers is $15.09 (or the provision of a meal).
ADP Payline processing dates
ADP will update affected pay rates for the VECTEA before your payroll submission dates. Please note that ADP does not update casual, or above-award pay rates in its Payline system.
ADP Payline clients are advised that all modern award wages and allowances must be manually updated based on the pay rates in your ELAA Wage Bulletins in your first process of Term 3.
In Arrears: increase to take effect from pay period 3 July – 16 July 2024.
- ADP Payline submission dates: Thursday, 18 July and Friday, 19 July.
- Eligible employees will receive a pay increase on Wednesday, 24 July.
