07 FebSave the date for ‘THRIVE’: ELAA one-day, face-to-face event
ELAA is bringing the Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) sector together for a one-day, face-to-face event in 2024. Following COVID-19 and a halt to face-to-face events, we think it is time to be together in a room again.
With our theme, THRIVE: Inspiring Sustained Excellence in Early Childhood Education and Care, the event will bring the ECEC sector together in Victoria to not just ‘survive’ but THRIVE when facing a time of transformational change.
THRIVE will focus on workforce sustainability, Pre-prep rollout, and achieving excellence and equity in Early Childhood Education and Care through in-depth discussions on how we can collaborate to build and sustain a larger workforce when facing new reforms, and how we can go above and beyond national standards and succeed as a sector. There will be time for open discussions with fellow members, government representatives and ELAA. THRIVE will explore strategies, innovations, and best practices through research and collaboration.
The day will end with an hour of networking and conversation, where you can share your thoughts and ideas with ELAA partners, ELAA staff and other ELAA members.

Time: 8.30am – 4.00pm followed by the opportunity to network with sector friends and colleagues until 5.00pm.
