From 1 July, 2024, we are making some changes to the way you access tailored IR and HR advisory services through our member solutions team. 

Introducing our new IR Advisory Annual Subscription

If you’re an employer signatory to VECTEA 2024, you will continue to access this tailored service, as the IR Advisory Annual Subscription is included in your VECTEA Signatory Benefits Package.  This provides you with tailored HR & IR advice from our Member Solutions team:

  • 4 hours per financial year for a single-site member
  • 8 hours per financial year for a multi-site member.

Members who are not an employer signatory to VECTEA 2024 will need to purchase our new IR Advisory Annual Subscription to receive tailored HR and IR advice.   

The subscription covers staff management support and advice on Professional Community Standard (PCS), advice on awards (VECTEA, EEEA and modern awards) and Fair Work legislation. If you require employment contract reviews, you’ll also need access to the IR Advisory Annual Subscription and use templates through our Employment and Onboarding Guide. 

Members will still have access to general HR and IR advice through our information resources and fact sheets (community, school and council members only).
