ELAA invites all Committee of Management (CoM) members to join us for a free, 45 minute information session, Responsibilities of the Committee of Management in managing staff. This information session will be facilitated by our guest speakers, Kathy Townley and Nick Church.
Kathy and Nick, ELAA’s preferred consultants through our consultancy service, will provide an overview of what a Committee of Management is and its responsibilities. Kathy and Nick will also discuss how the CoM should interact with staff at the service as their employer.
