IR Advisory Annual Subscription

The IR Advisory annual subscription will provide you with access to 4 hours of phone and email advice for industrial relations (IR) and human resources matters each financial year (until 30 June).

Your IR advisory hours can be utilised for phone and email advice from our Member Solutions Advisors in the following areas:

• Award and IR advice: includes advice in the interpretation of modern awards and enterprise agreements (including the Professional Community Standard – PCS).
• Staff management/HR advice:  here to support you and provide guidance on managing your staff and meeting your employer obligations, but does not include out-of-scope advice (see our Terms and Conditions).
• Employment contract reviews: have your employment contracts reviewed by an ELAA Member Solutions Advisor (ELAA current contract templates only). To receive contract reviews, you must have subscribed to ELAA’s Employment and Onboarding Guide.
