ELAA’s dedicated team encompasses high level sector expertise to meet the needs of our members. Our team is devoted to ensuring our content and resources are current and up-to-date. Many of our team members come from the Early Childhood Education and Care sector and use their experience and expertise to provide relatable and knowledgeable information and advice.

Governance & Operations

Johanna Morcom
Business Analyst

Jo has over 10 years’ experience across business operations, administration, digital systems, project coordination, events and marketing. Since joining ELAA in 2018, her role has evolved across operations and business analysis, with a particular focus on digital transformation, systems implementation, finance and reporting, data analysis and process improvement. Jo has experience working with CRM and website platforms, coordinating IT and digital projects, supporting organisational operations, and developing systems and processes that improve efficiency and ways of working. She has a strong interest in problem solving and continuous improvement and enjoys finding practical ways to make better use of technology, data and systems to support organisational outcomes.

Taylor Burge
Executive Assistant & Office Coordinator

Taylor is an accomplished Executive Assistant with over five years’ experience in supporting C-suite leaders across federal government, private, and not-for-profit organisations. Taylor brings a strategic, outcomes-driven approach to executive support, with demonstrated expertise in project management and providing high-level board and governance support.
