Ending the year on a high – planning your Annual General Meeting (AGM) and successful handover to the new committee: ELAA Office

Join us for a comprehensive presentation on preparing for your AGM and how to ensure a positive handover is provided to the new committee.
This free session will cover:
- Effective Annual General Meetings (AGM):
– constitutional requirements
– committee recruitment
– planning the meeting
– agenda and reports
– committee elections
– strategies to encourage attendance - The handover process:
– preparation
– essential information to be passed on
– the meeting
This session can be attended remotely via video conferencing and is capped at 15 participants. On registration, please identify if you will be attending in person or via video conferencing.
ABOUT OUR PRESENTERS
ELAA’s Service Delivery and Growth team bring specialist skills and extensive experience to these sessions. With background in management of early childhood services, industrial relations, human resource and early childhood teaching, they understand the challenges that committees of management face.
MEETING ARRANGEMENTS
Attendees can either attend the session in person at the ELAA office or join in remotely via the Zoom video conference link which will be sent to you via email a week before the session.
Please note: a camera and speaker will be required on your PC or laptop to connect to the meeting. Alternatively, you can download the Zoom app on your smartphone and join the meeting via your phone.
