The consultant prepared and conducted confidential staff surveys, undertook individual consultations, reviewed relevant policies and procedures and current position descriptions.
The consultant was able to develop a workshop around the themes that were identified in the research phase and deliver a tailored workshop that was attended by all staff and management representatives.
A list of recommendations was also developed by the consultant for management’s consideration and further actions followed on from the workshop.
The management team were satisfied with the project delivery and advice. It has enabled them to commence implementing new or strengthened processes, practices and clarity with some structure around all levels of communication.
