About the Centre/Service Early Years Manger inviting expressions of interest from Certificate III level educators who wish to undertake Diploma level studies.
Work Days of the Role Up to 5
Hours of Work of the Role Minimum 15 hours per week
Description Expressions of interest are invited from Certificate III Early Childhood Educators who would like to undertake a workplace traineeship whilst studying for your Diploma in Early Childhood Education. We are requesting expressions of interest from passionate Early Childhood Educators, who are eager to take the next step in their own educational journey. Expressions of interest must reflect a commitment to providing high quality early education and care experiences to children in your care.  Broaden your experience by studying and working in a collaborative, challenging and purpose driven NFP organisation that will support you through your Diploma studies. To be considered for a traineeship, you must meet the following criteria:
  • Qualified Cert III Early Childhood Educator with current WWCC
  • Current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications
  • Demonstrated understanding of and ability to provide high quality education and care experiences in accordance with the NQF
  • Demonstrate a passion for Early Childhood Education where you approach your studies and work with a sense of possibilities and positivity.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with an existing team
  • Demonstrated high level communication skills to ensure close, kind and co-operative relationships with staff, families and community.
