Description
Have you got experience working in Early Childhood? Are you passionate about Community Child Care? Then we have the position for you!
East Bentleigh Child Care is searching for an educator to support our 2.5--4-year-old room .
The applicant must be someone who is caring, enthusiastic and a team player but who also displays very strong initiative with the ability to work with two other team members in a fast paced room.
We are a 37 place community child care centre, so family relationships are a big focus for us.
The successful applicant will demonstrate the ability to communicate with all types of families as well as Parent Committee members and develop meaningful relationships with all families.
It is crucial that you have completed your Certificate 3 or Diploma of Early Childhood and programming experience is preferable. Applicants must also hold a valid Working With Children Check, asthma, anaphylaxis, First Aid, CPR training and food handlers is preferred. The successful applicant will be paid under the professional community standard 2021 work place agreement.
We are in search for someone that is has strong work ethic and professionalism and there is the ability to progress in this role for the right candidate.
