ELAA invites all Committee Members to a free information session with guest speakers Kathy Townley and Nick Church. This 45 minute information session will cover workplace complaints and Reportable Conduct Scheme employer obligations.

When: 25 July 2023 @ 7 – 7.45pm

Where: Online via Zoom

Kathy and Nick will provide employers with an understanding of their responsibilities in working through workplace complaints; specifically allegations of bullying and harassment. They will also share with employers their responsibilities as part of the Victorian Reportable Conduct Scheme. Attendees will walk away with recommendations on how to work with employees through these often challenging and uncomfortable situations while remaining professional and adhering to the relevant policies and legislation as an approved provider.

Kathy and Nick bring a wealth knowledge and experience in the field of Industrial Relations and Human Resources within the Early Childhood Education and Care Sector, you don’t want to miss out on this free information session.

Kathy Townley – Director of Ideas2Outcomes: Kathy is a Management Consultant delivering valuable support and guidance specialising in the not-for-profit sector.

Nick Church – Director of EC Workplace: Nick is an established industrial relations practitioner, with over 25 years of experience in a variety of advisory and advocacy roles, as well as holding formal qualifications including a Masters of Work and Employment Relations.
