The Opportunity We are seeking two suitably qualified Early Childhood Teachers, to join a collaborative, passionate and high functioning team at Craigieburn Child and Family Centre Preschool and Malcolm Creek Preschool in Craigieburn. Work with an inspiring team of Early Childhood professionals, delivering 3 and 4 year old kinder to Craigieburn's youngest residents.   Both Part-time & Casual applications will be considered.   About You We require an experienced and innovative leader who has sound communication skills and can operate in a professional manner, providing exceptional educational opportunities for the children in our service. Strong knowledge and demonstrated working experience in leading a team, program planning with Early Years Frameworks and National Quality Standards, working with vulnerable communities, and delivering high quality, innovative and progressive Early Childhood programs. Qualifications, Skills & Experience
  • Qualifications suitable for a teacher under the Education and Care Services National Law Act 2010 and the Department of Education and Training Victorian Kindergarten Funding Guide
  • Hold a current Police Check (within past 3 months) and Employee Working with Children's Check, which demonstrates suitability for employment in a children's service.
  • Be a Fit-and-Proper person, and be registered as a Certified Supervisor, with eligibility to be registered as a Nominated Supervisor under the Education and Care Services National Law Act 2010.
  • Hold a suitable First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma training which complies with the requirements under the Education and Care Services National Law Act 2010.
  • Thorough understanding and demonstrated working experience with Victoria Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Demonstrated experience in kinder program planning for 3 and 4 year old children
  • A strong commitment to Child Safe Standards, and honouring the rights of the child
  • Leadership, coaching and mentor experience in Early Childhood setting
