About the Centre/Service
Our client is a not-for-profit, Stand alone Kindergarten located near Kingsville. This converted church service has recently undergone rating and assessment and achieved "Exceeding".
The service offers a play based program that allows children to explore through their imagination. You will install a love of learning and guide the children on their path of discovery and realising their potential.
The team takes pride in building excellent relationships with the local community and families at the service.

Description
An exciting position for a Kindergarten Teacher to lead the 3YO group. As an ECT you will be responsible for leading a team of educators and creating stimulating and exciting programs each day. As the Nominated Supervisor you will be in charge of making sure the sessions and service runs smoothly, compliant with the child safe standards and oversee the staff in the service.
This is a part time opportunity. This role pays under the VECTEA award- which includes competitive hourly rates, school holidays paid off and excellent planning time.

Qualifications
You will have experience in supporting continuous improvement including developing professional learning plans and programs. You will be positive and driven with excellent communication and strong team management skills. You will have a passion for working in the not for profit sector and have experience with working and supporting families of diverse backgrounds.
- Bachelor of Teaching- Early Childhood Education or ACECQA assessed equivalent
- Strong understanding and knowledge of EYLF and NQS and Child Safety Standards
