ELAA offers shorter, interactive sessions where participants actively contribute to discussions on specific topics, allowing for more in-depth exploration. We also provide extended governance sessions offering a comprehensive overview of the topic.

- Employee Management and Development resource session: 29 May

- ‘Ending the Year on a High’ – planning your AGM and successful handover: 7 August

Self-paced video resources
ELAA has also worked in partnership with the Victorian Department of Education to produce a suite of free short educational video resources to support approved providers in managing their early childhood service. These videos provide a great introduction to governance topics and complement our live governance training sessions and online self-paced modules.
