19 MarVECTEA 2024 – employers confirmed and ready to go
ELAA has taken a significant step towards the bargaining process for the 387 employers who have joined the VECTEA 2024.
We submitted our application for a single-interest employer authorisation with the Fair Work Commission on Monday, 18 March 2024. Once approved, this authorisation means that all employers who have joined the VECTEA 2024 will be represented under a single agreement.
ELAA has extensively consulted its members and is fully prepared to begin negotiations with the Australian Education Union (AEU) and the United Workers Union (UWU). We are partnering with the Municipal Association of Victoria (MAV) and look forward to engaging in constructive dialogue with all parties involved.
