Are you passionate about driving positive change in service delivery? We are seeking expressions of interest from enthusiastic leaders to join our Change Management Reference Group!
We’re looking for representatives from:
- service providers across regional, rural, and metropolitan areas
- Early Years Management (EYMs), standalone kindergartens, and long day care centres
Our Change Management Reference Group is all about sharing expertise and experiences in change management. Together, we’ll explore best practices to enhance stakeholder engagement and align efforts with the Best Start, Best Life (BSBL) reform.
The group will meet informally online every other month, with the possibility of ad hoc meetings as needed. All sessions will be scheduled during Victorian school terms.
As a member of the reference group, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute your insights and participate in meaningful discussions with colleagues.
