As an 81-place centre with four well designed learning spaces and three outdoor yards, we are situated next to expansive ovals and green spaces that enhance our programs. We are proud to hold an Exceeding Rating under the National Quality Framework (NQF), reflecting our dedication to excellence in early childhood education.
At CSCC, we foster a professional and inclusive work environment where educators and staff are respected, supported, and valued. We prioritise our team’s well-being and professional growth, and encourage collaborative, reflective practices.
Our diverse, experienced team builds strong and open relationships with children and families. We are passionate about play-based learning and intentional teaching, creating environments that respond to the strengths, interests, and cultural backgrounds of all children.
We are committed to teaching children about Australian history and our First Peoples by embedding Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander perspectives across all our programs and practices.
Commitment to Child Safety
At CSCC, the safety, well-being, and empowerment of every child is at the core of everything we do. We are dedicated to creating a nurturing and protective environment where children feel secure and supported. All concerns regarding a child’s safety are taken seriously. Our team is well-informed of its legal and ethical responsibilities to report any issues to the appropriate authorities.
We promote cultural safety for all children, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children, children from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds, and children with additional needs. We work actively to foster an inclusive and respectful environment where every child feels safe, valued, and heard.
