About the Centre/Service
Oakleigh Grammar’s Early Learning Centre provides a nurturing, inclusive, and play-based environment that supports the holistic development of children aged 3–5 years. Grounded in the Reggio Emilia philosophy, the program encourages inquiry, creativity, and exploration, with a strong emphasis on building respectful relationships and fostering children’s voice and agency.
Educators at the ELC work collaboratively within a team-focused culture, guided by the Victorian Early Years Learning Framework and supported through ongoing professional development. The curriculum integrates language development, including a bilingual Greek program, cultural inclusion, and social-emotional wellbeing, preparing children for a smooth transition into formal schooling.

Description
Oakleigh Grammar Early Learning Centre is currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Co-Educator to work Monday - Friday, 8:45am-3:30pm with one of our Pre-Prep classes.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Children's Services
- Working with Children check
- Police Check
- All relevant first aid qualifications
