    The ‘site’ means this website at www.elaa.org.au. It does not refer to websites to which this site is linked, or which can be accessed from this site.

  3. Member services

    Member services are only provided and/or available to current financial ELAA members. Other services, such as ELAA’s e-News email newsletter, are available on application.

  4. Amendments

    We reserve the right to change or amend these terms of use from time-to-time. Any such amendments will become effective immediately once posted to this website. Continued use of the website once new terms and conditions are posted will signify your agreement to the amended terms of use.

  5. No unlawful use

    You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose, or in a way which infringes third party’s rights or benefits.

  6. Membership

    Financial ELAA members will be issued (via their membership primary email address) with a password and a login username. This must be kept confidential and secure and must not be passed on to any other person. If your username and/or password is lost or copied, immediately contact us.

    We strive to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the information contained in this site. ELAA does not accept liability for any loss or damages suffered through reliance on or use of information contained on this site.

  8. Malware warnings

    We use and employ up-to-date security software in order to protect visitors as far as reasonably possible from viruses, trojans, spy-ware or other malware that could affect your computer as a result of using this site. We accept neither liability nor responsibility for any such damage that might arise from your use of this site.
