What does courageous leadership look like and can we unlock this in people?

There are many challenges we all face in leadership and whilst we know that we need to lean into these moments the question is how do we do this? Courage and bravery are different things but both necessary to lead in challenging times. So do you feel you can benefit from being more courageous both in your personal and professional life? If so then this course will open up possibilities for you and help you become a brave and courageous person.
