Collaboration in teams: the make or break of greatness in teams

5 May, 2017 @ 9:30 am - 2:30 pm UTC+10

In this session we will explore what makes for great collaboration in a team and how we can all play a part in achieving excellence in our teams.

Teams are an interesting phenomena. They come in all shapes and sizes and are akin to a marriage. Some of them are marriage forever and some of them may lead to divorce. Making a great team and collaboration work is a skill and a conscious process. Each and every person in this relationship has a role to play to make the team work and to work effectively. It isn’t a matter of just coming together but rather a deliberate act of making a team a machine which runs smoothly and delivers great outcomes.
