Early Learning Association Australia presents a drop in session that will support early childhood education and care services develop models and timetables that assist them to:
• meet the needs of children, families and the community
• ensure the long-term viability of the service
• comply with relevant industrial and employment conditions
• meet new legislative and funding requirements
• implement government policy in relation to the provision of early childhood education and care services, including the staged roll out of three-year-old kindergarten

ABOUT OUR PRESENTERS
ELAA’s Member Solutions team bring specialist skills and extensive experience to these sessions. With background in management of early childhood services, industrial relations, human resource and early childhood teaching, they understand the challenges that committees of management face.
