Responsibilities of Committee/Board of Management in Managing Staff

ELAA would like to invite you to attend this session presented by our preferred consultants Kathy Townley and Nick Church.
This 45 minute webinar aims to give committees of management a better understanding of their role on the committee as well as their role as an employer of staff.
The session will include:
– Understanding who the committee is and their responsibilities
– How to interact with staff as their employer
– Shared leadership
Kathy and Nick are each experts in their own field with years of experience in the early childhood sector managing HR and IR issues. They are ELAA’s preferred consultants with ELAA’s consultancy service.
