Description
Are you passionate about early childhood education? Do you love helping children grow, learn, and thrive in a nurturing environment? Wingate Avenue Children’s Co-op is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Certificate III Educator to join our warm and supportive team.
About the Role:
As a Certificate III Educator, you will play a vital role in supporting the development and wellbeing of children aged 0–5 years. Working closely with your team and under the guidance of a Room Leader you will help create engaging, play-based learning experiences that reflect the interests and needs of each child.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist in delivering high-quality educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
- Build respectful and responsive relationships with children and families
- Maintain a clean, safe, and inclusive learning environment
- Work collaboratively with your team to ensure a positive and professional atmosphere
- Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or currently studying)
- Current Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- Up-to-date First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certificates (HLTAID012 or equivalent)
- A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development
- Strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude
- Understanding of the EYLF and National Quality Standards (or willingness to learn)
