Bachelor Kindergarten Teacher
- Salary Range Band 5 - $79,188 to $91,309 plus 11.5% Superannuation
- Full time permanent position
- Currently located Bubup Nairm Children’s Centre, St Kilda.

The structure of the position is Monday to Friday- Hours 8.30am -4.36pm
- 8.30am -1.30pm teaching
- 1.30pm -4.36pm – lunch and non-contact time
Duties:
- You will build and maintain meaningful relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the centre community.
- Develop and implement an innovative early learning program reflective of current early years thinking and practice.
- Document children’s learning and development.
- Actively working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
Skills and Experience
- A completed Bachelor of Early Education.
- Prior experience in long day-care/kindergarten. (minimum 2 years)
- Sound, practical working knowledge and implementation of the National Quality Framework and the Early Years Learning

- Be required to undertake a pre-employment medical check (at the cost of the council)

Qualifications
-An approved Early Childhood Teaching Qualification in accordance with the Educational and Care Services National Law and Regulations.
-Previous experience (preferred 3 years’ experience in the Early Childhood sector)
-Current Level 2 First Aid Certificate and Anaphylaxis Management Certificate
-Satisfactory Police and Working with Children checks
-Knowledge of National Regulations, NQF, VEYLD and EYLF.
