About the Centre/Service
St. Augustine’s is a community based, not-for-profit kindergarten in Mont Albert North. Children are at the centre of our approach in a welcoming, safe and beautiful learning environment. Our programs are inspired by the Reggio Emilia Educational Project and are responsive to children’s needs and interests.
Work Days of the Role
Monday, Wednesday, Friday.
Hours of Work of the Role
26.25 hours per week (21 hours contact). Each day is 8am to 4.45pm (session times 8.30-4.00)
Description
We require Certificate III or Diploma qualified early childhood educator for our 4-year-old group on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Students are welcome to apply. The successful candidate will enjoy interacting with children and supporting their engagement and explorations in the learning environment. They will work cooperatively with staff in providing a safe, supportive, inclusive and stimulating learning environment for all children.
Qualifications
Certificate III or above.
Students who have commenced a Certificate III, Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education are welcome to apply.
