About the Centre/Service Looking to expand our team! A wonderful opportunity to become part of long day care service offering both sessional and integrated funded kindergarten programs for 3 and 4 year old children. Description
The ideal candidate will possess a genuine passion for working with children and a strong commitment to supporting their development. We are looking for someone who is energetic, highly organized, and able to manage multiple responsibilities effectively. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to build positive relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the Management. The successful candidate will also demonstrate a deep sense of community focus, fostering an inclusive, supportive environment for all.
  • Be able to quickly assess whether to lead, mentor or support your team.
  • Passionate about providing quality learning environments for children
  • Committed and professional
  • Have a strong understanding of the EYLF and NQS
  • Lead and implement play based program for the room
  • Existing knowledge of using online programming tools may be an added advantage but not necessary.
 
Qualifications Key requirements:
  • Diploma in Early Childhood or ACECQA approved qualification
  • Working towards or ACECQA approved qualifications
  • First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training and WWCC
