Description We have multiple opportunities for part time Educators and Early Childhood Teachers to join our friendly team at two of our sites: Galada Kindergarten in Epping, and Kirrip Kindergarten in Wollert. Enjoy working within a supportive team environment within a not-for-profit organisation, with the benefits of being employed under the VECTEA award, with a flexible working week and paid time off during school holidays. Positions available: Kirrip Kindergarten (Wollert) 4YO ECT: Tuesday and Thursday 8-4pm (21.5 hours per week with planning). 4YO Educator: Tuesday & Thursday 8-4pm (17.75 hours per week with planning). 3YO Educator (2 groups) Tuesday & Thursday 9-2:30pm & Mon 8:30-4pm, Wednesday 1:45-4:45pm (24 hours a week with planning). Galada Kindergarten (Epping)  Educators: Tuesday and Thursday (8:45am- 4:45pm) 17.75 hours per week with planning; OR Monday, Wednesday & Friday (8:45am-2:15pm) 18.75 hours per week with planning. Qualifications What do we hope you'll bring?
  • Legal right to live and work in Australia.
  • Police Check (International Police check if you have lived outside Australia in the last 5 years)
  • Working with Children Check (educators)
  • Certificate III in Children’s Services, or Diploma in Children Services (or equivalent) (for Educator positions)
  • Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or equivalent as approved by ACECQA) and VIT Registration (for Teacher positions)
  • Driver's license and a car, with the willingness to travel to our various sites.
  • Be able to share stories on how you embody the spirit of fun, creativity, and warmth. How you bring joy through storytelling, embrace the wonder of childhood, and create laughter-filled experiences.
  • A passion for inspiring young minds and a playful spirit.
  • Knowledge of EYLF, Child Safe standards and Child Development.
  • Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma quals.
