Description
Attwood Childcare Centre and Kindergarten is currently seeking highly experienced and enthusiastic educators for a number of roles.
1.Diploma and or certificate 3 or working towards, trained Educators to maintain a theoretically sound curriculum that provides a program for each child that enhances their learning.
2.Casual positions- Cert 3 trained educators to provide quality care and education for the children who attend the centre, assisting in planning for and monitoring the individual needs of each child.
The Key Selection Criteria:
- Demonstrated ability of a sound working knowledge and comprehensive understanding of the National Law and National Quality Framework
- Demonstrated knowledge and ability to plan, implement and work within a child centered play-based program
- Demonstrated ability to form positive, collaborative working relationships with all families and colleagues
- Professional attitude and presentation
Qualifications
Essential Criteria:
The successful applicants will be required to:
- Hold a Diploma in early childhood or working towards
- Hold a Certificate 3 in early childhood or working towards
- Preferred experience in the role
- Hold a Current Working with Children Check and approved First Aid Certificate
- Mandatory child protection training
- Computer skills
