Description Join our team of valued teachers in our sessional kindergartens in Point Cook & Diggers Rest
  • Experienced sessional kindergarten teacher/s needed for complex groups
  • 30 hours per week
  • Teacher for 3 year old group in Point Cook - session days Wed & Fri
  • Team Teacher for 4 year old group in Mambourin - session days Mon

  • 3-year-old Wombat Group
  • 22.5 hours per week - Wed & Fri session days
  • Tentative roster - Wed & Fri 8.15 am to 4.30 pm, with 6 hours planning on another day
  • Start after notice period or start of Term 3 - 15 July 2024

  • 7.5 hours per week - Mon session day
  • Tentative roster - Mon - 8.15 am to 3.45 pm
  • Start after notice period or start of Term 3 - 15 July 2024

  • Experienced sessional kindergarten teacher needed for complex groups
  • Are you a qualified and experienced Early Childhood Teacher
  • Full VIT registration would be an advantage
  • Do you have practical expertise in including children with additional needs?
  • Do you have the skills to role model excellence in teaching - scaffolding and documenting children's learning in play based, child led pedagogy?
  • Can you contribute to a child-centred, friendly team?
  • Do people describe you as positive and energetic?
  • Are you seeking part-time work with paid time off over the term breaks?
  • Do you want to work in a kindergarten close to home?
  • Would you like to join a community of passionate and like-minded ECEC professionals?

  • We will not be considering recently graduated teachers unless they have 5 + years sessional kindergarten experience as Educator or AGL
