About the Centre/Service
A newly established EYM in Ringwood.
Description
A perfect opportunity to get back into the workforce or restore some work/life balance. Work with a small team in a newly established Early Years Manager based in Ringwood.
- Part-time based at Ringwood Head Office.
- Experience would be favourable in EnrolNow but training can be provided
- Managing the EnrolNow software
- Uploading and communication with Department of Education relating to KIM system
- Have knowledge of DE approved timetable models and work with EY Advisor/Kindergartens on finalising timetable schedules
- Knowledge of priority of access, ESK requirements and School Readiness Funding
- At least 3 years’ experience working in a Kindergarten or EYM setting.
- Extensive working knowledge of Department of Education’s KIM system
- Be able to work in a small team and work to concrete deadlines.
- Have excellent communication skills as you will be dealing with parents and staff.
- Competency in Excel and Word.
- Be organised and able to work independently.
- Valid WWCC and police check also required.
