- Part-time based at Ringwood Head Office with opportunity to grow as we acquire more kindergartens.
- Assisting and advising kindergartens on A&Rs when required.
- Managing the staff relief pool and ensuring all shifts are covered if required.
- Handling parent complaints and finding suitable resolutions making all parties satisfied.
- Work alongside the Nominated Supervisors and teams to uphold the EV EYM vision.
- Bring your vision for excellence and continuous improvement to what we do.
- Drive high performance and accountability for results within the kindergartens including enrolment numbers.
- Use your strong knowledge in Education and Care national regulations, National Quality Standards and Early Years Learning Framework to ensure compliance and performance
- Share your wealth of Early Learning knowledge and experience for the betterment of your teams
- Support the transition of new kindergartens, in the future
- Develop, facilitate and deliver training across the group.
- Contribute to and build a positive reputation for EV EYM in the wider communities to which we operate.
- Actively network with internal stakeholders and external bodies within the sector.
- Travel regularly to each kindergarten to build relationships and work with the teams.
Qualifications
To be suitable for this position you must:
- Have at least 3 years' experience working in a similar position within an EYM.
- A Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood)
- A strong understanding of Regulations/Legislations plus Early Years Learning Framework (VEYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Be able to work in a small team and work to concrete deadlines.
- A professional standard of written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to self-manage time with broad and conflicting priorities.
- Valid WWCC and police check also required.
