  • 12-month contract commencing in April 2025 - part time position, 22.5 hours per week (16 contact hours Thursday & Friday /6.5 non-contact hours on Wednesday). Team teaching with another Kindergarten Teacher (Monday to Wednesday)
  • Attractive salary starting at $79,015 per annum pro rata plus superannuation (negotiable for the right candidate)

The role The role involves leading an early years kindergarten program and managing an experienced early years team in a beautiful kindergarten room. Key duties include:
  • Supervise and guide Early Years Educators: Oversee the work of Early Years educators in your space.
  • Create Routines: Set up effective daily routines and systems within the classroom.
  • Develop Curriculum: Plan, carry out, and assess the children's learning within the educational program.
  • Work Together and collaboration: Collaborate with leaders, coworkers, families, children, and the community.
About you We are looking for:
  • Minimum Qualification: Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (0-8)
  • Dynamic Educator: Love working in a busy kindergarten environment and confident in leading a team of experienced educators.
  • Curriculum Knowledge: Familiarity with Victorian and National Curriculum Frameworks, National Quality Standards, and current regulations.
  • Clearances: Valid VIT and Working with Children’s Check.
  • First Aid Certification: Level 2 First Aid, including Asthma and Anaphylaxis Management and CPR
