Description
Our team looks forward to welcoming an Operations Officer who loves to be part of a team that creates a special space for children to explore, learn and grow. The person who joins the Alfred Road Kindergarten (ARK) team will be focused on implementing efficient and effective administrative and operational functions within the kindergarten and supporting our team of teachers and educators.
You will have extensive experience in supporting a kindergarten or early learning centre in administration and daily operations; excellent written and verbal communication skills; the ability to work in a cooperative, flexible and professional manner with children, families, committee, staff and external contractors; be proficient in MS Office Suite, Cloud based storage systems, and ideally familiar with Xero and EnrolNow; be experienced in liaising with (and supporting operations with) external organisations such as the Department of Education and Training (DET) and ELAA.
