About the Centre/Service Caulfield Grammar School is an independent school in Melbourne. We have three city campuses, one campus at Yarra Junction and another at Jabiru in NT. We have taken over the running of the Out of School Hours Care from an external provider at our Malvern Campus. The Malvern Campus has approximately 430 student from 3 year old Kindergarten to Year 6.
Work Days of the Role Monday - Friday
Hours of Work of the Role 7.00-9.00am; 2.00-6.00pm
Description The Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) Co-ordinator, supports the Manager with the overall day to day operations of our before and after school and vacation care services, ensuring it meets the highest standards in safety, quality and engagement. The OSHC Co-ordinator works under the direction of the OSHC Manager and acts as the Managers 2IC in providing a service that fosters a wide range of indoor and outdoor recreational activities in accordance with Caulfield Grammar School policies and procedures.   
Qualifications
  • Diploma of Early Childhood Education or Diploma Out of School Age Education and Care or other qualification approved by ACECQA 
  • Possess an appropriate first aid training certificate, which complies with the requirements of the Children’s Services Regulations 1998, including Level 2 First Aid qualifications, CPR and anaphylaxis management training  
  • Must hold a Working with Children Check or registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching
