About the Centre/Service Norfolk Street Child Care Centre (NSCCC) is a not-for-profit 66 place centre, offering care to the local community since 1976. NSCCC offers care and educational programs for children aged 3 months to 5 years. NSCCC is a community-based centre operated by a Management Committee, committed to building and maintaining supportive trusting relationships with children and families and ensuring a provision of high-quality care.

Work Days of the Role 5 days per week

Hours of Work of the Role • 9:30-2:00 (with half hour break) 20hrs per week

Description We are seeking a passionate Cert III or Diploma Qualified Early Childhood Educator for a Part-time Break Cover Role. Applicants must hold a CERT III or Diploma or equivalent, a current Working with Children's Check, current First Aid and current Anaphylaxis and Asthma Training. Successful applicant will be working with:

9:30-2:00 (with half hour break) 20hrs per week
Professional Child Care Standard 2021 (Current Agreement)
Paid Fortnightly
Paid Training (First Aid, Child Protection, Food handlers, plus more)
Christmas Closure / 22nd Dec (staff only pack up day) / 9th Jan (staff only set up day)
15 personal leave days per year/pro rata
20 annual leave days per year/pro rata

Qualifications Cert III or Diploma Qualified Early Childhood Educator
