Description
Position Objective:
- To provide a developmentally appropriate educational program for 3 year old children. The program is to be developed in consultation with the educational leader, committee and the parents of the children attending
- Operate in a professional manner at all times and ensure the service meets the requirements of the Education and Care Services National Law Act 2010, Education and Care Services National Regulations, the relevant curriculum framework, the Quality Improvement Plan and policies and procedures of the centre
Qualifications
Diploma in Early Childhood Education

Additional Requirements
Ability to demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills to work cooperatively, productively and respectfully with the Committee of Management, Educators, children and their families.
Able to demonstrate the ability to provide safe and high-quality care within the educational programs that assist with the development of children attending the centre.
Able to demonstrate an understanding of the National Quality Framework and the Early Years Learning Framework and support other educators in this area.
Experience is preferred, however recently qualified educators will be considered
