About the Centre/Service
Woodhouse Grove Kindergarten is a community based, committee run kindergarten in Box Hill North. The kinder currently offers two groups of three-year old and two groups of four-year-old sessional kinder programs within two learning spaces. Our progressive kindergarten is dedicated to providing an inspiring and supportive educational experience of the highest quality, to maximize each child’s potential. Description
We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic part-time Co-Educator with either a Certificate III or Diploma qualification (or equivalent) to support our 3 year old children and teachers. This part-time position will commence in Term 1 2022 for each Wednesday and Friday. As the roll out of funded 3 year old kindergarten progresses, there will be opportunity for increased hours over the coming years. This role is a great opportunity for you to be a key part in enhancing and educating the lives of the children in this area. The candidate will need to communicate effectively with children, committee, parents, staff and other professionals. They will need to work in a cooperative, flexible and professional manner; and have a strong and passionate work ethic within the team. The successful applicant must have a sound knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and the Policies and procedures of Woodhouse Grove Kindergarten.
